Yup. After the Safe Harbor Statement is read, you should consider everything fairy tale time - except what you can independently verify.

What can you verify? Data. Clinical trial records. Financials. You can get less accurate but still somewhat reliable info from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. You can read abstracts and papers, too.

But, schedules and budgets should be considered guidelines not facts.
