Technically you are right for calculating OR. But overall, your interpretation is wrong. The cutoff has to satisfy the logistic regression and obtain the p values, which means the overall population is better for the treatment group as a whole as well. I have no doubt that 273 works. The design and execution of the trial (trials) were not up to par. A partner will get 273 to market for AD, PD, and Rett for sure. Dr. Missling alone, not likely.
