I think that's correct. When you search for Advent, today's license is the only that shows up. Looks like a renewal of the existing 'specials' license. Which explains why it is 'investigational' rather than 'human'

Sorry I posted I didn’t realize the possibility this was an extension. I have some reason to hope there will be positive clarification tomorrow as I do not believe this issuance was anticipated by the company.

If you download the pdf from https://cms.mhra.gov.uk/mhra/mia/uk-miaimp-54923, it says at the bottom:

Manufacturer’s Authorisation: UK MIA(IMP) 54923

I can't tell if it's an extension or the actual authorization expected by the Company. Maybe you can?
