I think NSA/CIA/FBI/DOD/SS are main candidates too, but they really do just work for the central bankers, so yeah, it all kind of just boils down to the banksters, no matter what country they happen to be HQ'd in. How much cash do we think crypto has sucked up off the street? Same for state legal weed businesses being 100% cash. Once deposited, that bread can be replaced with digital dollars in an account.
