How can he file 2022 financials before 2023?

he said a few weeks,big difference.
this is a good update today but pull in the reins a bit,this could still be a couple months out.
although i would hope that 21 and 22 financial statements are pretty much in order by now.

His “style”? Can you show me where he has successfully filed anything other than unaudited reports to constitute a “style”? And I’ll show you the charts of 4 tickers that he is “CEO” of and you’ll see the 90%+- in shareholder value he’s lost….. since we’re talking “style”.

I think his style is more to say what he means as has always been the case, even if it hasn't worked out the way he/we wanted.
Perhaps some explanation as to why he is doing it like this will benefit anyone that doesn't understand why he is waiting and dispell unfounded rumors, of him filing earlier, EVEN though HE said he's not.
If he waits until 2023, he can file 2 years of annuals without quarterlies with an attorney letter, (and if financials are ok) and go straight to pink current, rather than limited.
