IMO the guy giving the loans ie Hagan is the biggest crutch to a true well executed business plan. If you recall, love or hate him Prophet said he was the Lithium hold up. I don't know personally. I just am a shareholder posting on the internet lol! Just that remembrance came to my mind , and it's believed he is a 5%+ owner but is never reported as such.
