This is a meme stock now. It will drift lower and lower with no real business or product. But the gang mentality that retail can bring to stocks down as far as this will be when the market cap drops below 10M always leaves a chance for a run. The only missing ingredient here will is that the float is so high, but as you mention there is likely a reverse split coming. That run will be short, and I believe this will be out of business reasonably soon.
