Alzheimer’s patients don't have 4-5 years. The FDA understands this. Even if TLD data is mixed safety trumps all. Conditional approval and phase 4 will happen in my opinion. Perhaps faster than anyone thinks. "Aggressive" is what TGD said. If he didn't think we have the goods he would have taken a more conciliatory tone. 50mg data is going to be earth shattering. FDA will look at this, safety, and plans for evening dosing in the phase 4 to improve tolerability. There is a solid path forward.
