Well it can sort of lie so to speak, but not for long, because price can only be manipulated for so long on the upside before the manipulator goes broke, lol. If that be the case at this time, probably is. If it hits a wall on the upside, and it is looking like it has, next move is down, or dump and pop back up. the trend is your friend lol
