They linked the news on their website. Keep in mind Covetrus is a private company, they don't care about pps of their stock, it doesn't exist. I don't expect Covetrus to do PR for Alr Technologies....I want them to move the product. Hopefully they come through on that.
Covetrus went private a few months ago, they are not a publicly traded company and have no common stock. They can't release a PR for a stock (formally CVET) that doesn't exist now can they? They announced it in their news room which is what all private companies do.
If Covetrus is going to start selling these pet CGMs in the coming weeks, then they would have had to develop tons of sales and marketing material with ALRT and train their staff and strategize and all that typical stuff.
I'm personally confident this is a big deal to Covetrus based on my discussions with my veterinarian and with the research I have done.
