Bought at $1:12 usually would sell at $1:30 but I think the HN case has more upside then downside value. If they lose HN what changes ?

NOthing, everyone is already infringing so no change . If they win HN that consolidates their market massively, then the only question becomes AMRN's ability to execute, which of course is highly questionable .

I suspect agreement will be HN admits no wrongdoing but agrees to no longer substitute generics when Vascepa ordered for CAD indications.

BUt now back to the same quagmire .

How do we know Rx is for CAD? DOcs aren't going to write that.
AMRN will not be able to solve those issues. Other insurers will conveniently ignore them
Are they then going after each insurer ? That will take 20 years especially if HN admits no wrong doing

So a blip if HN settlement is favorable ff by a decline as AMRN'S incompetence wastes the opportunity
