I am new to the board but have held shares since mid 2019. Have seen lots of progress and new developments, along with price appreciation, and have high hopes for the future of the company. That said, I share many of the same concerns as you. I would add that we have heard that the company is funded for the next two years, but have seen no evidence of that in the filings. I believe the latest quarterly report showed a cash balance of 110k as of 9/30/22. Yet the funding claim was made in September if I’m not mistaken. I would also really like to know how cancelling 20M shares benefits the directors that cancelled them. Why would these people destroy that much wealth for nothing in return?
My position is also that the company needs to be less vague. Many have invested significant money in the company and deserve to know that the fundamentals of the business are good. With a lack of evidence and transparency relative to the business itself, we are taking a leap of faith by buying/holding shares. At a minimum I would like verification that the mine is as rich in gold as it appears (licensed geologist/engineering report). I can accept that the technology is a bit of a wildcard and offers a lot of upside “potential.” But there are holes in the story that need to be filled in my opinion. I know I would feel a lot better about my investment if they were.
