I'm intrigued, why would a BP buy the rights to the branded but allow Amarin to undercut them on a generic?

Also, I'm not sure how there would be virtually no overhead, if Amarin still exists as a company, wouldn't the overhead of keeping the lights on and employess paid (which are a lot of the overhead) still exist?

I seem to be missing something there.
