Well said. I completely agree.

The only question is will they come up with something really good within the next 180 days. If not, expect your ownership to be diluted more than needed. With the beta of their program this month, I am encouraged. Enough to start buying before the RS - not something I would regularly do. I did with GRDO and that paid off very well. I hope to see it again here.

Foote needed to obtain Toxic funding so humbl wouldn't be out of cash - so it is odd bragging about toxic financing.

Real companies don't use toxic financing - now the dilution will drive this disaster to trips.

LMAO! Startup now that is funny this is the same nonsense as Block 30 Labs - did you forget about that.

So in pinky fantasyland a startup is 5 years or more - if HUMBL has a profitable quarter (which will never happen) I guess it will no longer be a startup.

In most OTC companies that use toxic financing it is used by the insiders as their personal ATM.

Just throw everything against the wall to make an excuse for the HUMBL/Sharp /Foote failure.

"Proof to that they will get there, IMO, is in that with everything they have encountered, with the pandemic, with crypto crashing, with the share price crashing, with a recession upon us - they are still growing and pushing forward."

Foote and Sharp tried to catch every trend but were always late to the party. It is so obvious this has been setup as a insiders enrichment scheme.

They haven't showed any signs of innovative thinking.

“Good chat, but in the meantime, let’s give a real nice “that didn’t age well” to all of the “experts” on here who said Humbl will be out of cash by the end of the year.“

Ummm…they were out of cash which is why they needed the EFA with GSH and the “hold them over” Note with GS Partners.

My sense, at least is that when a projection of “they will run out of cash by X date” means they are going to have to do a raise.

Which is exactly what happened.

Seems like those “experts” knew exactly what they were talking about.

HMBL ran out of cash and needed to go to a pair of toxic penny financiers to get more.

you forgot to add foote party'd like 1999 on over $40million dollars in a year and busted his bank on advertising that didn't work. the guy has no market, no prior experience and he is all over the place. now bicycle delivery of humbl fast food? bought a tee shirt company? sell tickets that nobody wants? competing with ticketmaster? has a wallet that nobody wants? has an app in the beta stage ? that he is begging 500 peeps to download?
