If there was anything it would've been posted already. $PHBI is a fully sec reporting company and has been for years. Peter is probably one of the most "by the book" Ceo's I have seen (I have been in the OTC for the better part of a decade), you can tell because he takes his time to dot all the "I's" and cross the "T's".
