Technoly Des has done nadda thats not legit. Failed mergers happen by the hundreds daily, DES was going to merge with complete auto but THEY called it off because THEY want to go public on there own, Mag, well that was a attempt from Des (imo) to revive the failed merger to give us holders a diverse company. BOTH CEO's called that off, mag first I think, Des has NEVER stated this will be 10 dollars soon. There is no crime in a failed merge.
