Correct Amarin is willing to go thru the court process because they have only one drug and have nothing to loose at this point. Big pharma with mupitable drugs may take a different stance. The first on thru the wall always gets bloody. IMO good news ahead
STS66, all of the insurance companies are much larger than Amarin
and therefore have much deeper pockets
Multiple lawsuits will financially hurt Amarin much more than them
So I practically think that if Amarin sends the insurance companies these type of letters
the insurance companies will ignore the letters and continue doing what they are doing
and Amarin will end up Not taking them to court
I mean look how flagrant Blue Cross Blue Shield is in their Vascepa infringing starting in 2023
I guarantee you that if they were scared at all by a lawsuit from Amarin they wouldn't have been this flagrant
Anyway, I believe our only hope is Denner somehow changing the management and direction of the company to one that focuses on profitability and eventual sale to a large BP
