I have been doing this as well in regard to this HealthNet settlement

This settlement should be good for Amarin and hopefully stop HealthNet from infringing

but it won't apply to the other insurers since each of them "are a different case"

and a settlement with 1 insurer means it wasn't fully adjudicated to apply to all insurers
