One, Amarin is the party that filled the lawsuit. If the settlement doesn't provide a benefit they have no reason to accept it.

Raggy, I agree with you as far as what Amarin needs out of the settlement but I don’t understand why a big selloff would be coming if they didn’t get it. At a buck I think almost everything has been discounted by the market. Now if by some ridiculous fluke the pps ran up to say 2-3 bucks in anticipated of a great settlement then I could see a big selloff on bad news.
