Continued Schooling Bois (S-3 vs S-1 now treasury shares) as the below information seems to refute Dixon's publicly relayed claims or was there a buy back supposedly in the financials even though it would not be allowed

What Is Treasury Stock?
Treasury stock, also known as treasury shares or reacquired stock, refers to previously outstanding stock that has been bought back from stockholders by the issuing company. The result is that the total number of outstanding shares on the open market decreases. Treasury stock remains issued but is not included in the distribution of dividends or the calculation of earnings per share (EPS).

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Treasury stock is formerly outstanding stock that has been repurchased and is being held by the issuing company.
Treasury stock reduces total shareholders' equity on a company's balance sheet, and it is therefore a contra equity account.
The cost method and the par value method are the two methods of recording treasury stock.

When can a company do buybacks?
When profitable public company has excess cash, it can purchase shares of its own stock on the public market or make an offer to shareholders, known as a stock buyback. The Inflation Reduction Act includes a 1% excise tax on this practice, beginning in 2023. But there are mixed views on how it may affect investors.Aug 19, 2022

the original filing was lacking in the market cap, and was changed over -imo
The Registration Statement was inadvertently filed as an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3 as defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act (“Form S-3”). As the Registrant does not meet the requirements necessary to file a Form S-3, including that the Registrant’s aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates was less than $75 million at the time of filing.

I've been on the trail of this stock since '13 . watching it , hoping for one of these ventures to cross the line.

watched it run on less important news .
saw some big milestones crossed, where there was barely a blip . I'm watching now for the follow through .
it hasn't been as great as it was first PRed .

some of these companies - with these futuresse agreements , get handed the ball
then they either go under before good sales numbers are achieved,
or they go nowhere w/ a major potential in marketing like costco.

the follow through doesn't add up to revenue .

Now we have several subsidiaries .

the first recently is CNSI .

that acts like dead meat in front of a good firing DG.

Are those Scores, Campbell Score , and Kaihani Score,

Gonna amount to anything ?

I was hoping for a faster follow though

Lack of follow through .

Great Bio R and D and products but the marketing sucks .

please figure out why your products are not selling enough units, or why the treatments are not being used more by patients .

If this company wants to treat patients from Dr. V doing concierge work under RTT is one thing.

so hard it seems to be for Bios at this level to cross the line w/ profits on a product w/o Big P

cannot get into the clinics - is the difference in marketing

but what do i know?

nada probably

i love all of the TSOI family
but it's time to cut the crap and figure out what should be crossing the line and implemented in the clinics first
to get this company out of debt, and have a better PPS.

imho
