I wouldn't get too excited yet.

1. Not much time has passed;
2. The ball is still in play (results coming);
3. The stock price never really jumped much on the PR, so harder to find victims or have your algorithm to sue tripped;
4. Lots of these firms troll for clients whether there is a real case or not;
5. Trolling for clients is not the same as filing a case; and,
6. Filing a case is not the same as having a case.

Yes Blarcamine you are correct. You can bet they are looking for any slip up to start one but if BP is sniffing around and likes what it sees I doubt they would attempt the frivolous ones anyway.
