How do you know? We have no OFFICIAL filings to confirm the validity of these contracts.
I mean official SEC filings. Just a ridiculous begging for patience.

Wilson is known in the past to be a great talker, but his stock lost 92% after one year of the Nasdaq.
The shorts are having a feast and they continue to short that crap even at 60 cents. Make wonder WHY? why was it so easy to get the extension?
Reverse Split or not? Any respect about telling the truth to shareholders?

Simple rule for me: Hope for the best, prep for the worst.
I do not trust that company anymore. I said Goodbye ( for now ) to my dividend. I definitively NOT buying, even at these levels.
