No… of course not. But it was obvious I was missing something in interpretation. I was concerned about the offering providing a cover. Well it states in black and white they had set it up so they could do exactly that if they chose to do so.

Just seems odd that the entire narrative was based around shorts being stuck and they had the back door worked into the offering.

Maybe I am a DA for not catching it sooner. That particular paragraph. But I don’t think many did up until this point. If they did and didn’t bring it to light that even worse.
