Here’s the deal with me…I have no more understanding of this than you do I’m sure. I’m simply a little old lady from Houston who’s traded stocks for 30-40 years and been in business and/or the workforce. I actually believe this company and CEO are trying to do something here. Grow a business? Stop an illegal practice? Something. I’m hanging in for another payday but also for some satisfaction. If I decide they are crooks over something that was available to read for a while and in a filing… then I would sell and move on to the NEXT one. Someone read a days old filing and interpreted it differently that anyone else and now we’re being screwed…nope..I’m still an independent trader who buys and sells as I decide. No biggie. Not being snarky here it’s just not a problem.
