Heads on, that's just crazy at that price. As for treating water I believe that water circulation and aeration naturally cleans water very well and with basic filtering system. Thats the cheap part. Then ph balance should be easy to obtain and may not need any other treatment. Thats one way but it could be different for SHMP, I haven't read anything about how the growing environment is maintained for the schrimp.
