His comment is off topic, but, the moonshot program is in place and is already helping NWBO. Biden can’t intercede directly. That’s not his job. He created policies and puts the personnel in place to make his policies reality. That is how the government is supposed to work. He doesn’t pick favorites or tell people to approve drugs or companies he knows very little about and where that decision is well outside if his area of expertise. That is how it is supposed to be. He would do that no more than he would tell anyone to prosecute someone or do audits of their taxes.
