Don't know anything about shipping dates,but
the "coming soon" is retail imho though you
can purchase retail already at one place....
i guess we are waiting for all retail stores
to stock.....
I'm hoping Intel's already shipping to pc oem's

Pages 3 and 5 list Wave Systems' EMBASSY chip for security. It doesn't say anything about a release date. Didn't Intel say it would be within a week 2 weeks ago?
