Well, I'm still sure of that. Blarcamesine beats any of the existing drugs approved to treat Alzheimer's. Do any of the monoclonal antibodies targeting tau or amyloid plaques match or exceed blarcamesine's now clinically demonstrated abilities to stop or reverse the progression of Alzheimer's? Does the acetylcholinesterase-inhibitor Aricept do that? Nope.

Right now, blarcamesine, if available, would be the best Alzheimer's therapeutic.

If you'd like, please make the case for either the monoclonal antibodies or Aricept over blarcamesine.
