I agree with you completely. As most here know I've been invested in IMGN essentially since it first came public. The list of companies that have partnered with IMGN over the many years is considerable. In some cases partnerships that appeared to be dormant for years suddenly brought new drugs into the clinic. In many cases nothing has come to fruition, but regardless IMGN was paid for what they contributed, so they had some benefit.

I suspect that NWBO may not see such partnerships until at least the first regulator approves DCVax-L, but of course I may be wrong about that. Another key could be the approval of the FlaskWorks unit, which is the key to commercial production IMHO, whether the U.K. insists on it or not. I would hope that in the near future Institutions like UCLA are provided with FlaskWorks units rather than using clean rooms to make the vaccine. I would also hope that any new trial for DCVax-Direct be started with all production from the FlaskWorks units so their is no debate on how commercial manufacturing will be done later.
