10k for fiscal year ending on 6/30/22 was due on 9/28/22. From what I understand it is 6 months from 6/30/22 before Expert Market but I also believe there is a 14 day grace period after that which should put us around 1/14/22.

Phil Last filed report was the quaterly report for fiscal q3 2022 ending on March 31st 2022, which was due 45 days later on 5/13/2022 but filed after extension on 5/23/2022. This is why I am counting 6 months since 5/13/2022 when it was due.
