Raf, Could this issue become fodder for a class action lawsuit? What is those posters who are impacted by this get Marjac to consider such an action? This is also going to result very clearly in infringement...Not that the Federal court system cares! (Greatly appreciate your tenacity on this.)
Raf, sorry to say this, but you're sending a message to deaf ears. The only thing these people understand is lawsuits. Of course then they will tie it up in our court systems for years.
I'm sure many of us wish we would have an answer to all of this. Don't get too stressed out about it, it will all be revealed.
raf, wouldn't it be awesome if the HN settlement is announced that would make for a red red flag if you can tweet out the HN settlement fed BCBS may actually pay attention. Or better yet send an email to the head of the proper decision making dept.
If AMRN had a marketing team they would start highlighting in the media the infringement that is occurring and how generic companies are preventing innovation and how that threatens the very engine of creativity .... nah lets tweet about unicorns
