Allow me to address. It is possible to sell a premium prices food product. However, it's a direct to consumer product. Very very very few restaurants and stores will buy it. They also need to spend money and lots of it to build the brand. Someone used the example on this board of Snake River Farms. I have less than zero doubt that Snake River Farms product would rate superior in terms of quality if it was placed in any focus group regarding competing products including prime fillet mignon. I'm not so sure shrimp's product would do the same
