This implies NWBO gets to move to the front of the line with new #moonshot regulations.

We are talking patents here . The program to accelerate reviews of immuno-oncology patents was started in 2016. That would have included DCVax-L. The recent program change expands the list. Has no effect on DCVax-L.

Just want to clear up the part about me. Taking down the video had nothing to do with northwest bio. It is due to harassment and legal threats from a person I can’t talk about completely unrelated to anything medical. And please don’t try to guess who as that would just cause more problems. I am working on it. Those who know me, know I never give up and eventually get what I want done.

And as to the company being quiet, I am not an insider and do not know the true reasons, but my guess is that every time they announce good news the stock goes down so why say anything. The world is upside down when good news causes stocks to drop and a patient advocate can’t say what’s on his mind.

Great information and it supports the concept of a NWBO/partnership opportunity for NWBO to enable it to extend it technical, marketing, sales, and other team members to advance NWBO to a higher level of operation capability.

I'm very excited about this possibility, but just had one question:

DATES : Pilot Duration: The Cancer Moonshot Expedited Examination Pilot Program will accept petitions to make special beginning on February 1, 2023, until either January 31, 2025, or the date the USPTO accepts a total of 1,000 grantable petitions under the pilot program, whichever is earlier. The USPTO may, at its sole discretion, terminate the pilot program depending on factors such as workload and resources needed to administer the program, feedback from external stakeholders, and the program’s effectiveness.

since this doesn't kick in until 2023.02.01, anyone know how this would effect any current NWBO patent applications already in the pipeline?
