Is it a possibility that the DOJ would have already been involved since a few years (and not many people kmow)? Or impossible?

Agreed. If they have federal prosecutors involved, there is absolutely no reason to settle. And given the credibility and credentials of NWBO's counsel, I expect that if she has the opportunity, she will be sure to let regulators know. In such a case though, Citadel would be incentivized to settle sooner than later.

The DOJ's already involved. Just sayin!! Maybe, but probably!! You may want to get Idunno's opinion?? He's a former DOJ, Special Agent for Criminal Investigations. My uncle was an FBI agent and my cousin was a CIA agent and one thing I learned from them was "Once an agent, always an agent!!"!

So for the bad boys on this board....., I'd be lookin over my shoulder, if I were you.Just imagine if your 50 and the judge throws the book at ya, you'll be 80 when you get out cause there's no parole on a Federal sentence!!! Oh man!!! That's HARSH!!!
