Hard to believe that 3 engineers smart enough to develop this technology weren't smart enough to have their own legal team from day 1 to market the tech and protect their patents. They should have never needed someone else to fight their battle with the 13 in the first place. Brilliant but obviously have zero common sense and are poor at judging someone's character.
