Dilution is a fact of life when investing in startups like DTII. Dilution comes with growth and if you read the 10Q, growth is happening in the form of inventory and sales force. When successful companies grow, (DTII will become successful in my and other investor's opinions) it is common for them to raise capital in multiple funding rounds or equity financing. Each funding round involves issuing more shares of stock, which consequently results in dilution. But as noted above, a lower percentage ownership of a more valuable company is potentially worth more. As more stocks are issued, market capitalization also increases. Normal business workings IMHO.
