In the meantime, I do not see a reason to lose faith.

I am hanging on (actually added two thousand shares yesterday but admittedly with trepidation). My background in SEC compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for many years reinforces my belief that there is no way, no how, that Missling (not to mention AVXL's lawyers) would risk violating Federal securities laws. That would have some really serious legal/financing ramifications for AVXL.
