It's very simple. The ADAS-Cog and CDR-SB barely missed the p value. The side effect of dizziness messed up the ADCS-ADL. If dosed at bedtime, ADCS-ADL will succeed. Most likely the patients can be dosed closer to 50 mg as well if taken at bedtime. 350 or more patients per arm with a two-arm trial, success is guaranteed. Will any big pharma collaborate?
