He has no need to get involved with defending these false attacks. The data will end the attacks. Engaging with the people that make stuff up and deliberately misinterpret the data is a fool's errand.

The CC call that Missling put together was defending the company and the data. He did that by bringing in a world calls AD researcher and by pointing out how the data was being misinterpreted. Beyond that, TLR is the next appropriate step.
