Thanks for your opinion. I really think that you are exactly right to highlight this point. It bears repeating because many might believe that there is only one murcidencel clinical trial because that one trial has gotten so much attention lately.
If you don’t like ECAs, then you can go ahead and ignore that whole study if you want to because there are two other murcidencel studies that use internal placebo controls to generate clinical data. The murcidencel + pembrolizumab study has reached its midpoint, and the ICLC study has been ongoing for years with a significant number of survivors.
All the murcidencel studies have produced astonishing data, but pick whichever one you like based on the controls if that’s your concern. External or internal—murcidencel has trials for both types!
