NWBO hired a great law firm, but this is not the hedge funds first rodeo and they have the money to hire a team of harvard grads. If nothing else, delay delay delay. NWBO has the moral high ground , the sympathy vote, and probably the proof of spoofing. Its the damages I see the problem with. Too many people are saying "settle" , quick case, slam dunk. I see billions available to hire the best legal defense team available. Also in retribution, fellow MM's can continuously pound away at SP.
