They have evolved for millions of years, learning as they go through the millenniums developing their bio-perversity-of-nature skills. They do not need phone skills to ascertain if there is water in their pond, they are self-made critters. They do not need personal managers, at least not in the wild, but when held under captivity a team of lawyers would be more useful than a team of directors. Fire the directors, all except Granda, use the money saved to rent a seasonal director team only when needed, and use the rest of the savings to reconstitute our suffering shrimp! Thoughts?
