So your position is that this newly issued guidance is worthless? Why would the FDA issue it then if it was worthless? I’ll answer that for you — it’s not worthless and it clearly shows the FDA’s willingness to accept externally controlled trials (see e.g., “a small externally controlled trial with an outcome markedly superior to the well-established natural history of a disease may provide a compelling case for drug effectiveness.”). DCVax WILL be approved.
