Use of Eden to manufacture commercial product is not in the scope of an MIA. That will require a far more complex effort, on a case by case basis, that asserts the change to the manufacturing is equivalent,

So, no. The MIA says nothing about the value of Flaskworks

I do think the MIA is reasonably likely in the next few weeks. Maybe a brief pop in the PPS, then a fallback.

NWBO has shot all their heavy weapons on the PR front. They need approvals to move the PPS.
