Your logic is flawed. The anavex NDA will be put to an advisory committee like Aduhelm was. The difference is that the Advisory committee will vote 10 to 1 for approval unlike the 10 to 1abstain for rejection that Aduhelm got.
The vote in favor of the 2-73 approval from the committee will give the FDA all the CYA it's wounded bureaucracy needs to approve.
