Whats weird is I read what I thought was a range of split ratio's but cannot find where i
read it said range of 1500 for 1 down to 250 for 1 based on share price on date. If we
had .004 price then 1500 for 1 would put share price at 6 bucks a share. , but 250 x
.004 is a dollar a share. So it could meet the requirement.
