Would look really bad if huge news came out right after an insider just bought discounted equity. This pretty much confirms that no deal has been or is close to being inked. This is not seeing $15 or even $1.50 anytime soon. Got to keep on adding to protect from the endless dilution. Will all pay off handsomely in the end, just not on any short term time table.

In 99% of the time, I would definitely say yes. But it may also mean the company is not as far along as perhaps I had hoped.

How about the need for cash by the company and additional dilution? Not good, albeit a small out.

I also don’t like the last bite at the apple approach this company takes.
