Hogwash. If that were true, a final decision would be rendered. Perhaps a review is needed. There is no final decision. And my statement included the word "FREE" trading. There is desperation flying but the OTCM needs to just clear it up and set them free.
Big difference between yes there was delayed filings “ due to mitigating circumstances “ And you’re guilty followed by dbmm being dismissed. Which seems More sensible. That rant about dbmm being guilty and the sec choosing to go Against their leading judge and change the punishment 4 years later
Or judge Foelicks actual dismissal based on mitigating Circumstance resulting in a “ dismissal “ not some contrived criminal statement about being guilty. This isn’t a criminal proceeding. Sorry. And the sec is delaying their loss to dbmm with a typical DOE overreach. Now they are indefinitely delaying to Try and save face they couldn’t defend a delayed filings case.
All of this is null and void anyway cause it’s the OTCM that controls the CE removal. And it’s been submitted 4 weeks ago. Don’t you worry. CE is coming down. May just be this week. ;)
