As a clinician scientist for 30 years in the fields of neurology and oncology, I have never seen such incredible survival results as those presented by Dr. Liau this evening for the combination of DCVax and PD1/PDL1. These clinical trials are what we work for, to provide treatments for those afflicted by neurological diseases such as GBM. This platform technology will have numerous applications across the field of oncology. Congratulations to the clinicians, scientists, support staff and NMBO for the sacrifices that have been made to realize this significant medical breakthrough.

It’s cool the thing that confounded progression early on in trials (T-cell infiltration) is also the mode of action facilitating improved efficacy in combination with PD1/PDL1. Making a cold tumor hot improves CI targeting…..as one (many) would think.
