As has been posted here they were almost up to DBMMs case shortly before today so they should get to it before the end of this extension. Note they dont have to use all 90 days, they get to it when they get to it.
If they dont and extend it yet again then I would lend credence to the 'what the hell already' arguement.
The previous extensions were made simply because they were behind (or moving at their own pace) and at the beginning each case goes to the end of the line.
According to posts they were almost to our case so it seems reasonable they will get there this time depending on the complexity of the ones that still remain before us.
